Introduction

Welcome to Youtuber ADs. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Youtuber ADs platform and services. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

User Accounts

1. Account Creation

To use certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Platform Rules and Guidelines

Users agree not to post, upload, or share any content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service, servers, or networks connected to the service.

3. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their content but grant Youtuber ADs a license to use, reproduce, and display the content for the purpose of providing and promoting the service.

Payments and Fees

1. Service Fees

Youtuber ADs charges a service fee for successful collaborations between YouTubers and brands. The current fee structure is available on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. Users agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

3. Refunds

Refund policies for collaborations are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.

Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Youtuber ADs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except that each party retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The seat of arbitration shall be San Francisco, California.

Change of Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
